SL919是一種新型的硫鋁酸鹽水泥緩凝劑，屬于粉末狀高分子聚合物，主要用于延緩硫鋁水泥水化、以及延長(zhǎng)凝結(jié)時(shí)間，解決硫鋁水泥凝結(jié)太快不易操作等問(wèn)題。SL919與硫鋁酸鹽水泥中的堿性物質(zhì)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)。SL919在干粉砂漿中的儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性良好，含SL919的干粉產(chǎn)品在規(guī)定的包裝儲(chǔ)存條件下，性能穩(wěn)定性可保持三個(gè)月以上。
SL919主要用于取代酒石酸、檸檬酸等傳統(tǒng)酸類緩凝劑。用酸類緩凝劑與硫鋁水泥混合制成的干粉產(chǎn)品，其緩凝性能會(huì)隨存放時(shí)間而失效，造成干粉產(chǎn)品流動(dòng)度損失過(guò)快，影響施工時(shí)間。
Sulfo-aluminate cement（SAC）is one of the main componenets of non-shrink grout products. In order to ensuring workability of the grouts, a retarder stable in the powdery mixture of various of cements is necessary for making prepacked non-shrink grouts. SL919 is a powdery retarder for various of cements including in sulfo-aluminate cement . It is polymer matter.
It delays hydration and setting time of various of cements, including in SAC, OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) and HAC (High Aluminium Cement) and so ensures the prepacked grouts workable in the designated time. Its effectiveness is not influenced by the surrounding cement powders. SL919 is stable in prepacked drymix mortar. The shelf life of prepacked drymix mortar is commonly known as 3 months. SL919 can ensure the drymix stable during the shelf life.
SL911 is intended to replace widely used acid retarders especially for SAC & HAC, such as tartaric acid and citric acid.
The retarding performance of drymix made of the traditional acid retarder fails with the storage time, resulting in rapid loss of flow of a drymix , and leading to insufficient construction time. The performance of a prepacked drymix mortar made of acid retarder becomes poorer with increase of storage time. It loses the working time significantly in a few days after the prepacked drymix mortar is packed. SL919 resolves this issue. The working time of prepacked mortar does not change with increase of storage time when prepacked dried mortar made of SL919 instead of an acid retarder.

包裝與貯存
1. 包裝：25kg復(fù)合塑料袋或紙板桶包裝，內(nèi)加塑料袋防潮。
2. 貯存：本產(chǎn)品避免陽(yáng)光直射和雨淋，在陰涼干燥通風(fēng)處保存。
3. 儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性可保持12個(gè)月。
4.當(dāng)開封后，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)及時(shí)使用，用不完的要及時(shí)密封，防止產(chǎn)品吸濕變質(zhì)。
注意事項(xiàng)
1.本產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒，但不可食用。
2.使用時(shí)對(duì)環(huán)境未發(fā)現(xiàn)有污染，但丟棄或排放時(shí)應(yīng)符合當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)保條例的要求。
3.當(dāng)接觸到人的身體和眼睛時(shí)，應(yīng)盡快用清水沖洗，對(duì)部分人體造成過(guò)敏現(xiàn)象時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)就醫(yī)治療 。
4.本產(chǎn)品的包裝物不可隨便丟棄，應(yīng)符合當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)保條例的要求。
